Jana Sheridan from Czech Republic now living in Arva since 1996 joined Vanda for this weeks edition of The Pleasure and The Pain. Jana felt her happiest was the safe arrival of her children and when Arva won the Club All Ireland Final, and her saddest when her niece passed away.
The Pleasure and The Pain presented by Vanda Brady features a wide range of people in our region from different nationalities and backgrounds sharing moments from their respective lives which gave them their greatest pleasure and most difficult pain. It is broadcast every Tuesday afternoon at 2.15pm and repeated again on This Week. The Pleasure and The Pain is funded by Coimisiún na Meán with the Television Licence Fee.
