A bad night for Longford Town as they slip five points behind league leaders Cabinteely after a 3-1 defeat in Bishopsgate.
Town were 2-0 down at the break, Zak O’Neill capitalising on a Mick McDonnell mistake on 19 minutes and then Kieran Marty Waters on 35 minutes following a Cabo counter attack.
Kevin Knight made it 3-0 from the penalty spot on 70 minutes with Joe Gorman pulling one back five minutes later but it was Cabinteely’s night.
