Leitrim man and Shannonside Northern Sound presenter Mike Mulvihill produced and presented the documentary "The Leitrim Gaels Story".
The programme aired on Shannonside Northern Sound FM on St. Patrick's day.
The story examines how and why the club was set up in 1997 and how it has fared since that time.

The club made the Leitrim intermediate final in 2018 and the team features members of the Leitrim senior football panel.

Interviews were conducted with founding members and key people involved in the running of the club.
