Abbeylara surprised Killoe to book a place in the Longford final with a one point victory.
The defending champions bowed out to Frankie Dolan’s charges who took control 10 minutes into the second-half. Abbeylara producing an inspiring second-half display.
Killoe led five points to four at half-time. Mark Hughes opening the scoring in the game’s fifth minute. Robbie Smyth landed Abbeylara’s first score on nine minutes.
Smyth moved Abbeylara ahead with a free two minutes later. Paddy Kiernan levelling the game on 12 minutes. Smyth added his third point of the game to restore Abbeylara lead.
Denis McGoldrick and Daniel Mimnagh replying with points to move Killoe four points to three ahead on 20 minutes. Coaloan Lynch sent over a big point to square up the game.

Cian Farrelly sent over his second point of the game, two minutes after the restart. Scanlon firing over Abbeylara’s first point from a tight angle, making it a one point game.
Larry Moran restoring Killoe’s two point advantage with a fisted point. However, Abbeylara shot to life Colm P Smyth fired over a 35-yard point.
The game was all square on 37 minutes when Ciaran Scanlon converted a free to make it seven each. Frankie Dolan’s men hit the front on 38 minutes through Russell Brady.
Things improved for Abbeylara when PJ Masterson sent over a point.
Mickey Quinn came off the bench to send over an important Killoe point with Paddy Moran levelling the game nine points each with five minutes remaining.
However, up stepped Cian Brady to fire over the winning point and fire Abbeylara into the final.
