All FRC rules approved at GAA special congress

All of the football review committee's rule changes for 2025 were adopted at the GAA's Special Congress.

The new rule changes will apply to both club and inter-county games next year. However, Central Council are able to amend or rescind any of those changes during 2025.

GAA President Jarlath Burns, described the strong backing from delegates for all 18 motions as a “resounding mandate for improvement in Gaelic football”.
