Tour captain Alun Wyn Jones is making a sensational return to the British and Irish Lions squad. The Welsh lock has recovered from a dislocated shoulder suffered in the warm-up match against Japan just 18 days ago. Head coach Warren Gatland made the announcement after Wyn Jones was assessed following a training session with Wales squad on Tuesday. He'll fly to South Africa tomorrow (Thursday). Ireland scrum-half Conor Murray has been Tour captain in the Welsh international's absence and will lead the team in their toughest warm up match later. The tourists take on a Springboks 'A' team that is packed with World Cup winners including seven in the starting team. Irish duo Bundee Aki and Iain Henderson start for the Lions while Tadhg Beirne is among the replacements. Murray admits they are heading into a 'real battle'
That match in Cape Town kicks off at 7pm.
