Athlone Town have been grouped with Shelbourne in the opening round after the draw was made for the inaugural Women's All-Island Cup.
Athlone met Shelbourne in last year’s FAI Women’s cup final where the Dublin side won 2-0. Galway United and Linfield are the other teams in group A.
Elsewhere, Glentoran take on Peamount United, Shamrock Rovers and Wexford Youths in group B.
Group C will see Women's Premiership winners Cliftonville come up against Bohemians, Derry City and Sligo Rovers.
Group D is made up of Cork City, Crusaders, DLR Waves and Treaty United.
To aid the Republic of Ireland's preparations for the World Cup, a break has been planned during this season's Premier Division season.
A new all-island competition will be played during the break ensuring that women's domestic football continues in some capacity.
The group games will take place on 18 June, 25 June and 2 July. The top teams in each group will then progress to the semi-finals.
The last four ties will be held on 9th July, before the last two compete for the silverware in the final on 16 July.
Four days later, the Girls in Green kick off their World Cup against co-hosts Australia in Sydney.
