Sporting venues will be allowed full capacity from this Friday after the Government announced that crowd limits on outdoor events will be lifted. That means 50 thousand can attend the Republic of Ireland's World Cup qualifier against Portugal at the Aviva Stadium on the 11th of November. This Friday's FAI Cup semi-finals at Richmond Park and Dalymount Park can double their capacities. The United Rugby Championship game between Connacht and Ulster is due to played at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday, while the same venue will also host all three of Ireland's November Internationals against New Zealand, Japan and Argentina. It will also mean that as counties move into the closing stages of their club championships, full capacities will be allowed
