Ireland beat South Africa in Dublin

Ireland have beaten World Champions 19 points to 16 in the Aviva Stadium

Josh van der Flier and Mack Hansen scored the Irish tries with Johnny Sexton kicking nine-points.

The sides were tied six points apiece at half-time.  Johnny Sexton with two penalties for Ireland.

Ireland hit a double try early in the second-half with Josh van der Flier and Mack Hansen touching down.

Francois Mostert cut the deficit with a 66 minute try, however Johnny Sexton responded with a penalty on seven minutes from time.

Kurt-Lee Arendse brought the game back to three points with five minutes remaining. However Ireland held on to record a 19-16 victory.
