Leinster booked their place in the Heineken Champions Cup final as they aim for a fifth European title.
Leo Cullen's side beat Toulouse 41-22 in their semi-final at the Aviva Stadium with two tries from Jack Conan and one each from Dan Sheehan, Josh van der Flier and Jason Jenkins.
Ross Byrne kicked five conversations and two penalties in the semi-final victory.

Leinster will now face defending champions La Rochelle or Exeter in the final in the Aviva Stadium on May 20th.
