Leitrim claimed their first victory of the current Lory Meagher cup campaign beating Warwickshire 2-17 to 2-15 at Birmingham.
Warwickshire led 0-3 to no score inside six minutes before a goal from Leitrim’s Joe Murray saw parity restored four minutes later.
Murray subsequently gave Leitrim a one-point buffer on 35 minutes before two unanswered points saw the hosts lead 1-11 to 1-10 at the break.

The sides were level on four occasions before Brendan Delaney’s goal one minute into injury time gave Leitrim a four-point cushion.
Oisin Coffee replied with a goal for Warwickshire two minutes later before Murray sealed a two-point win for Leitrim right at the death.
