Leitrim moved to second place in Allianz hurling league division four after a three-point win over Longford.
It was Leitrim’s second win of the campaign, winning out 17 points to 1-11 in Glennon Brothers Pearse Park.
Substitute Ronan Courtney’s goal early in the second-half wasn’t enough for the hosts. As points from Joe Murray, Philip Burgess and Sean Riordan saw Leitrim to victory.

Whereas, Louth remain unbeaten in Division four thanks to a 25-points to 2-7 victory over Warwickshire at Páirc na hÉireann, Birmingham.
