Our offence struggled in the first-half. While ball movement and running plays worked well, our shot execution did not deliver the deserved returns.
In the final quarter trailing by 12 points; Phoenix adopted a successful full court press which achieved several steals and with 10 seconds remaining the deficit was whittled down to just three points. However, Athlone scored the final basket to hold on for the win.
