Longford lost out on their Lidl national league division three to Louth in Darver 2-13 to 1-8.
Longford started well but Laura Collins free found the Longford net on 12 minutes. Longford responded with a goal nine minutes later.
Louth led by two, 1-5 to 1-3 at half-time.

The game swung in Louth’s favour five minutes into the second-half when Collins found the net for a second time.
Longford were never able to close the gap, but a late three point rally reduced to the gap to eight points as Louth won out 2-13 to 1-8.
