Longford minors set for Tullamore final date

Longford's Leinster minor final will take palce in Tullamore on Monday May 20th.

The midlanders will face Dublin in the Leinster after Longford scored a last gasp victory over Louth last Tuesday.

The Leinster minor final is scheduled for O’Connor Park, Tullamore on Monday May 20 with a 7:30pm throw-in. The game will be live on Shannonside FM.

Enda McGahern' side scored victory over Dublin in round two of the Leinster minor championship. The game will be Longford's eighth Leinster minor final appearance.

Longford, last won the Leinster minor championship in 2010, when beating Offaly. Whereas, the midlanders lost the Leinster minor final in 2015 to Kildare.

Longford are guaranteed a place in the All-Ireland series; where they will face a provincial winner or runner-up, depending on their own final result.
