Our men took on Tullamore in the Mall on Tuesday of last week in the Midlands League.
However, the visitors were well on top winning by 86-59.
The ladies team won their derby meeting with Drumlish Dragons securing a five-point victory in their LLR clash. Longford winning 45 points to 40.
Under 18 Boys & Girls
The Boys played two games last week, one in the Midlands League and one in the LLR League and were victorious in both.
Travelling to Newbridge for their Midlands League game to face the Kildare Gliders and won 56-43.
While in the LLR, they recorded a home win against the Carrick Cougars, coming out on top by 62-47.
Our Girls were in Midlands League action in the Mall on Sunday, easing to an 18-point win over North Kildare Eagles on a full-time score of 60-42.
Denise Mondo top-scored with 23 points with Kerija Puberzina also reaching double figures with 14 points.
Carina Chukwu Ede and Clodagh Masterson both knocked down six points, while Ava O’Loughlin and Cliodhna Ni Mhaonaigh both registered four points each.
Exzzina Philips and Lily Orubusoye completed the scoring with two points and one point respectively.
