Longford senior football championship down to the last 8

The quarter finals of the Senior championship in Longford throw in this weekend. Glennon Brothers Pearse park will play host to a pair of double headers on Saturday and Sunday. First up will be the meeting of Colmcille and Mostrim followed by Mullinalaghta taking on Abbeylara. On Sunday Longford Slashers will face Rathcline with Killoe Emmet Ogs and Dromard wrapping up the action. Killoe came through the group stages with 2 wins 2 defeats and 1 draw and manager Tommy Donohoe noted how competitive the championship is
