Longford Slashers made it five senior ladies county football titles in a row with a four win over Clonguish.
Slashers won out 11 points to seven at Glennon Brothers Pearse Park.
Longford Slashers led 0-4 to 0-1 midway through the first half before three successive scores saw Clonguish restore parity on 20 minutes.
Slashers regained the upper hand at the break. Jessica Barry’s pointed free on the stroke of half-time made it 0-6 to 0-5.
Hannah Burke restored Clonguish’s one-point lead before Aisling Cosgrove levelled the game on 50 minutes.
Slashers finished the game impressively. Four unanswered points saw them win their fifth straight county title.
