Goals from Filip Da Silva and Aodh Dervin earned a share of the spoils as the hosts extended their unbeaten run to four matches.
The Norwegian Da Silva put Harps in front ten minutes before the break with his third of the campaign.
Dervin bagged his first goal of the season five minutes later.
Town are still looking for their second win of the season and find themselves ninth in the first division table with eight points.
Newcomers Kerry are bottom with two points, while Treaty united are one place above Town with 10 points.
