Darren Craven struck late into injury time to ensure his side took all 3 points and keeps their promotion hunt firmly in place as they hold 2 games in hand over the table toppers Cork who sit on 23 points after 10 outings. Galway United are on 20 after their 9 fixtures while Longford as noted are in 3rd on 17 points with 8 games played. It was a result that has also seen Gary Cronins side go 6 games unbeaten and while he accepeted their 1st half performance was below par, he was delighted with the result
