Longford Town stunned Galway United to record a classic victory.
Mohammed Boudiaf's third minute goal was enough to inflict a first defeat of the season on Galway and Town's second win of the season.
Boudiaf ran down the right wing, before cutting inside and firing the ball home across goalkeeper Brendan Clarke for what proved to be the winner.
Town had keeper Jack Brady to thank with a number of good saves. The first arriving in the 12th minute as Brady stopped Robert Slevin's shot from inside the box.
Town came close to making it two on 20 minutes. Cian Byrne could only shoot wide after good work from Jamal Ibrahim.
Galway came close to equalising on 71 minutes Sean Walsh's overhead kick coming back off the crossbar. Town had Brady to thank again 11 minutes from time. Brady again denying Walsh with a big save.
Ibrahim had a chance to seal it late on but Brendan Clark was able to make a decent save. It didn't matter in the end as Town recorded the 1-0 win.
