Longford Town suffered their seventh defeat of the season going down 2-1 at home to Wexford in the First Division.
The visitors laid a solid foundation in the first-half. Mikie Rowe scoring two goals in the space of 12 minutes.
Luke Wade Slater pulled one back for Town 11 minutes into the second-half but an equaliser proved elusive.

The hosts played out the last few minutes with ten men. After, Dean O'Shea received a second yellow card three minutes from time.
Longford Town remain rooted to the bottom of the SSE Airtricity first division table with seven defeats from 11 games.
