Mostrim booked their place in the Longford senior football final for the first time since 1992 with a 2-10 to 10 point win over Colmcille.
Two Tiarnan Hussey goals in the opening 28 minutes set Mostrim on their way to victory as they caught Colmcille cold and led 2-7 to two points at half-time.
While Colmcille’s defence worked over time in the second-half restricting Mostrim to just three points, Colmcille couldnt bridge the gap.
Colmcille mustered eight second-half but it wasn’t enough as Mostrim progressed 2-10 to seven points.
