Olivia Costello takes Andalucia Cup second place

Olivia Costello took second place at the Andalucia Cup after a final round 74.

Costello went into the final day as joint leader with Carlota Lopez Minguela and Nagore Martinez Salcedo. The 16-year-old battled struck early bogeys at the first and second.

However, Salcedo was in excellent form to shoot a two-under-par round of 69 to take the tournament, having finished even par.

Indeed. Costello posted a birdie at the third as she went onto take outright second place. Whereas, the Roscommon woman shot a 74 to finish on five-over-par.

Carlota Lopez Minguela shots a four-over-par round of 75 to finish on six-over-par. Costello registering a top three finish in a senior international tournament.
