Roscommon Gaels and Oran play out low scoring draw

Roscommon Gaels and Oran played out a 1-6 apiece draw in Lisnamult.

The draw leads both sides with work to do in the final group round, if they want to advance to the quarter-finals.

Both goals came in the second-half. Mike Dwyer landed Oran’s goal, while Richard Walsh found the net for Gaels who had Senan Lambe sent off.

Darragh O’Connor was in Lisnamult for Shannonside Sport.

Elsewhere Castlerea got the better of Tulsk Lord Edwards. Whereas, Pádraig Pearses beat St Dominics 1-12 to 10 points.
