The Roscommon hurlers claimed their first win in Allianz hurling league division 3A beating Louth 2-21 to 0-14 at Dowdallshill.
Roscommon led ten points to seven on 27 minutes before two points from Cathal Dolan and one from Mickey Joe Egan saw the visitors lead 13 points to seven at the break.
Egan found the net three minutes into the second half and 20 minutes later Roscommon moved 11 points clear when Eoin Fitzgerald added a second goal.
The Rossies closed out the game impressively and ran out 13-point winners as Francie O’Halloran’s men remain unbeaten after two league matches.
