Roscommon Ladies appoint new manager

Finbar Egan has been appointed as the new manager of the Roscommon ladies team.

Egan takes over from Ollie Lennon who stepped down at the end of the championship campaign. Egan comes with a wealth of experience having led Mayo ladies to All Ireland success.

Indeed, the Rossies contested this year’s Division 3 league final, where did lost out to Clare, having gained promotion. Whereas, their intermediate championship ended at the quarter-final stage with a loss to the eventual All-Ireland winners Leitrim.
