Roscommon look to make it three wins on the trot as Clare arrive in Dr Hyde Park on Sunday afternoon.
Weather conditions will have a big impact on this weekend’s games. The pitch in Dr Hyde Park is in excellent condition but the rainfall is predicted high on Sunday.
In saying that Anthony Cunningham’s side have started positively and have further positives on the horizon.
The Padraig Pearses and St Faithleachs players all return to action. While Cathal Henehegan’s performance in the Sigerson cup final will leave him brimming with confidence.
Clare on the other hand are unbeaten having drawn with Cork 1-13 apiece and having beaten Offaly in round one.
The elements will play a huge part in this one. A win for Roscommon would setup a return to division one.
