Roscommon minors set for All-Ireland semi-final

Roscommon’s 2020 All-Ireland semi-final will be played on the weekend of July 11^th.

Roscommon won the Connacht minor championship back on St. Stephen’s Day before Covid-19 level five restrictions were imposed.

Earlier this week the go ahead was given for minor and under-20 games to resume with the GAA announcing today that Roscommon will play the Munster champions Kerry in the semi-final.

The 2020 All-Ireland minor football final is set for July 31^st or August 1^st.

The Connacht council have announced the minor and under-20 fixtures for 2021.

In the minor championship Roscommon will face Mayo on July 23 or 24 with the winner facing Galway on July 31. The other semi-final see’s Sligo meet Leitrim on July 30.

The U20 championship see’s Leitrim meet Roscommon on July six or seventh with the winners facing Sligo on July 14 with the Connacht U20 final set for July 21^st or 22^nd.

Also announced today is the All-Ireland series schedule for the minor and Under-20 championships with the U20 final set for the 14^th or 15th of August.

The minor final will be played on August 28^th or 29^th.

The Provincial Councils will confirm their dates in the coming days.
