Roscommon scored their second Allianz League division two win of the season beating Meath 1-15 to 1-11.
The victory for Anthony Cuningham’s men was far more convincing then the scoreboard looked as the second-half wind helped a Meath comeback.
Early points from Conor Cox and Cian McKeon got the Rossies rolling before Jordan Morris shock Meath goal on eight minutes.
From there Roscommon were the better side. Conor Cox, Cathal Heneghan, Enda Smith and Donie Smith were all influential before Heneghan’s goal as Roscommon led 1-6 to 1-3 on the half-hour.

While Meath came back into in the second-half it was disaster for the Royals as manager Andy McEntee and Jame McEntee both saw red.
Meath brought the game back to three points before Conor Cox sealed the victory in injury time.
