Muireann Devaney has received a call up to the Republic of Ireland senior Squad for an up coming training camp.
The Glencar native is into her 2nd season with Athlone Town who are currently 3rd in the league table and have qualified for the semi-finals of the FAI Women’s Cup.
Devaney has previously been involved in Irish underage squads and is one of several new faces called up by senior manager Vera Pauw who is preparing her side for World cup qualifiers against Finland and Slovakia next month.
