Congratulations to our u20 team and management on their victory over Padraig Pearses in the county final on Friday night last in Kiltoom.
It was a very entertaining game of football and great way to finish out the year.

Games Development Officer
St. Brigid’s GAA Club are excited to announce that we are seeking applications for the permanent position of Games Development Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the underage games development and coaching work within the club and in the club feeder Primary schools.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement coaching in all the feeder Primary schools.
- Supporting the U6 academy and the coaching of underage teams within the club.
- Running of camps/blitzes at holiday times such as Halloween, Easter and Summer, to bring the kids from all the schools together in the club.
- Coaching and skill development initiatives appropriate to the age and ability of the various playing groups at underage level in the club.
- Coordinating coach education events.
- Assist with the establishment and on-going execution of an Athletic Development Programme for teenage players in the club to help them step up to adult football.
- Work closely with coaches, volunteers, committees, and club officers in the development of St Brigid’s GAA Club.
Candidate Requirements:
- Appropriate Coaching Qualifications and an in-depth interest in and understanding of the GAA.
- Some experience of working in the GAA or similar sporting organization (Voluntary or Professional Capacity)
- The ability to plan and deliver coaching sessions at a level suitable to the participating group
- Able to regularly work unsocial hours including evenings and weekends.
- Proven ability to work independently
- Excellent administration and IT skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent timekeeper and of a reliable nature
- Full driving license and access to transport
- Knowledge of the GAA player pathway
