Operation Transformation/Couch to 5k
St. Brigid’s are holding Operation Transformation in association with Ireland Lights Up 2022.
Couch to 5k training takes place every Monday and Thursday 8-9pm at St. Brigid’s walking track.
Fit for life trainers Mags and Crevan O’Donnell will guide you through the programme which can be done as a walk or a run. Or you can build up gradually from walking to running.
The couch to 5k training is for all levels and abilities. We also have walks each weekday evening from 7pm where people can come along and walk with someone or head off by yourself. Whichever you are more comfortable with. All government guidelines are been adhered too.
We have weekly weigh-ins on Thursday’s at 730pm.
